By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. We may update these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ITEMS POSTED AND THE TRUTHFULNESS OR ACCURACY OF USER CONTENT.

We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not buy, sell, or inspect any goods or services listed on our App. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for conducting your own due diligence. Always take precautions when meeting others in person.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, including inactivity or misuse of the service.

You are responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post or engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Prohibited Content Categories:

• Alcohol: Listings for beer, wine, spirits, or other alcoholic beverages.
• Tobacco: Listings for cigarettes, cigars, shisha, vapes, nicotine pouches, or related products.
• Drugs & Paraphernalia: Illegal or controlled substances, narcotics, or items used to manufacture or consume them.
• Medicine & Medical Items: Prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, supplements with unproven claims, and medical devices.
• Weapons & Explosives: Firearms, ammunition, combat knives, tasers, pepper spray, explosives, and related items.
• Counterfeit Goods: Fake or replica items that infringe on trademarks or copyrights.
• Hazardous Materials: Flammable, corrosive, or poisonous substances and other dangerous goods.
• Illegal Items & Services: Anything that is illegal to sell or buy in your jurisdiction, including stolen property.

Sensitive & Restricted Categories:

• Explicit Content: Nudity, pornography, or content that is sexually suggestive or exploitative.
• Violent & Hateful Content: Depictions of graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Gambling: Content related to real-money gambling, lotteries, or games of chance.

Posting prohibited content may result in immediate removal and account suspension. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

You retain ownership of the content you post (like photos and descriptions). However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the App.

You can stop using our App and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Addiyon AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Addiyon and its employees, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
