We promptly investigate and respond to clear, compliant notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content or photos on Addiyon infringe your intellectual property rights, please submit a formal written notice containing:

1. Identification of Work: A description of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed.
2. Infringing Material URL: The exact URL(s) on Addiyon where the allegedly infringing material appears.
3. Contact Information: Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), physical address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

If a listing you posted was removed due to an infringement notice and you believe the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent at legal@addiyon.com.

The counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to legal jurisdiction.

In accordance with our platform rules and legal obligations, Addiyon will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
